These are genuine natural coyote tails. These tails are from wild northern coyotes and average about 14 to 18 inches long, very nice quality hair in excellent condition. My second order from FurSource. Again, I am VERY happy with the package. My last package was the set of tan coyote tails, and now i have ordered the silver fox tails. Compared to the coyote, these tails are super soft and plushie. The overall look is sort of costume-ish, but if thats what you're going for-- go ahead and order! Once again, i'll be a returning customer (for years to come!) and I thank you for your fast shipping and great value.

The tails are so cute! They arrived today (very quick processing, too-- and UPS tracking always keeps me confident of it's arrival!) and i'm glad I ordered them. Some negatives to the tail, though, include the slight stiffness of the tail on the top (where the hide is, but obviously that'll be there-- i'm sure it'll wear out after a couple of outings _3), some of it's shed-i-ness (it'll stop after a couple of uses/ brushes to fluff it up) and sometimes the hide is kinda creepy to stare at... (i'm kind of anti-animal abuse, so, of course this breaks my heart). But. Other than that. I absolutely love them, seriously. The looks I get when I wear the tail (and my matching ears! Ordered the separate scrap pieces) are absolutely priceless. Some people actually think i grew a tail out of nowhere! All you have to do to achieve this look is put a hole through the top of the hide and attach it with one of those ball-key-chain-loopey-things. Great for any otaku or furry! Totally a recommended buy
