• Our shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the product(s) you purchase. A "shipping estimator" shipping calculator will appear after you add an item to your cart. The shipping estimator will display the item(s) shipping charges for your country.
  
  
• We now offer UPS shipping with insurance and full tracking to all of our customers worldwide. Standard shipping via UPS is 3-6 business days. We also offer 2-3 day UPS shipping and 1-2 day UPS shipping for an additional cost. Please add a product to your Shopping Cart to see the shipping options available to you. All UPS shipments include a tracking number and insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
  
  
• We also offer International Air Mail to our worldwide customers located outside of North America. International Air Mail shipping is a low cost alternative to UPS for shipments to outside of Canada and the USA. Unfortunately Air Mail does not provide a delivery date guarantee or detailed tracking. We find that most International Air Mail shipments take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Customers who do not receive their package within 3 weeks of it being shipped by Air Mail should contact their local postal outlet and contact our customer service department.
  
  
• Please allow 1-2 days for production and packaging of your order prior to shipping. Pelts, skins, tails, and plates are typically ready to ship within 1 business day of the order. Many of our other products, such as the fur blankets, are made to order and require the 1-14 days for manufacturing unless specified otherwise in the product description.
  
  
• Our shipping charges include insurance and also include the cost of any required export permits or U.S. Fish and Wildlife declarations. The total shipping charge includes all of these costs and will be shown when you add an item to your cart.
  
  
• We include all required customs documents and permits with every international shipment. We are well aware of permit and customs documentation required for each country that we ship to. We take every measure to ensure all requirements are in place so there is no delay in the shipment arriving.
  
  
• FurSource.com is not responsible for any import taxes applied by some countries on international orders. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs you will not be entitled to any refund from Fur Source or any of its affiliated partners.
  
  
• There are never import duties or taxes for USA orders. Canadian orders will be charged GST at checkout unless the item(s) ordered is being shipped from our USA distribution center. In this case, the order will not be charged GST at checkout but Customs Canada will charge GST and a $5 brokerage fee when the shipment is delivered. Canadian customers should contact us if they want to ask which items on our website ship from Canada and which items ship from the USA.
  
  
• We accept VISA , MasterCard, and American express payments as well as Paypal or Money Orders. Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart system, or you may call us at our toll free number listed above and speak to a customer service representative.
