Update your winter parka with a fur trim collar

Many of us own a standard black parka with a fur (or faux fur) trim hood.  For anyone who lives in a location where the weather gets to be indecently cold one of these parkas is a must.  If your parka is anything like mine, the coat itself is still in perfect condition after three years of wearing it but the trim, in my case faux fur trim, is not looking as nice as it did when I first bought it.  The thought of purchasing a brand new parka when mine is in perfect condition just because of a rough looking faux fur trim is hard for me to justify and I am sure there are many people in the same boat as me.
