I've contacted the support team and have yet to hear a response but my fur is losing hair like you wouldn't believe. I can move it or bearly touch it and clumps of hair come off in my hand. I spent a lot on this fur and for it to essentially be useless is very frustrating especially with support not responding.
I ordered this as a 19yo not really knowing what to expect I just knew I wanted something nice and luxurious so I went with this and let me tell you I'm in love! its everything I hoped it would be . full soft and extra large !

Bought a reindeer rug for my boyfriend this past Christmas. I was looking for a certain contrast in color and the lady looked through their stock and sent me pictures. Very helpful, very nice. Definitely recommend.
The reindeer hide is the first thing I step on in the morning.The shopping experience with this company was very efficient. The only thing I was dissapointed with was I asked for a light colour skin And got a very dark one.I was bit dissapointed with this when it arrived.
