Excellent product and great service thanks a lot

Ordered without problem. Item was every bit as good as described took 12 days to get from Canada to the UK not bad considering it was Christmas time!

Quality of product was excellent. Image on site was a true representation. I would have given 5 stars but the item was poorly packaged. I was a little nervous to open the package, but the contents was fine. I would place another order, but I hope they improve on their packaging methods.

Unfortunately had to return it immediately as it was too dark for me, much darker than depicted. Shame because the Velcro adjustable fastening was a great idea.
